Terlingua Cold Coffee beans are sourced from a unique cooperative nestled near the extinct Huitepec volcano in southern Chiapas, Mexico. This region's rich, volcanic soil and high elevation provide the perfect environment for cultivating exceptional coffee. At 5,500 feet above sea level, the beans we select thrive in cooler temperatures, developing rich, concentrated flavors that are both robust and balanced. 

Primarily Bourbon and Caturra varietals, our beans have been carefully selected for their ability to produce a distinctive flavor profile. The dark chocolate notes are clean and subtle, and the sweet and smoky undertones add depth that leaves a lasting impression.
